MudHen Brewing Co.’s Earth Day Fair on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023, from 12pm-5pm is going to be a great time…and Orange Moose Carts & Adventures is going to be there! From the event organizers: “Celebrate our community, our beach, and our HOME! MudHen Brewing Co. is hosting our Earth Day Fair featuring local vendors who support the reduce, reuse, and recycle initiative. Also joining us will be Tequila Patron showcasing terrarium building and sharing about their sustainability initiative. Nature Center of Cape May will be providing a live touch tank! Face Painting by Donna Cox will be here to transform you into your favorite animal or an earthly green goddess!”

Sounds like a great day, and we are excited to attend!

Before the fun kicks off at MudHen at noon, there’s a great beach cleanup to start the day, the perfect way to embrace the spirit of Earth Day. From the organizers: “Join Dogtooth Bar & Grill in keeping the Five Mile Beach clean! Meet us on the beach behind the Wildwoods Sign at 9 a.m. and grab a trash bag and gloves. Return your filled bags to receive a $10 GIFT CERTIFICATE to Dogtooth Bar & Grill.”

Wow, the Sciarra Restaurant Group really has our Earth Day all planned out for us. We love their food and drinks! Orange Moose Carts & Adventures is proud of our close friendship with MudHen Brewing Co., and we just want to point out that they are kind enough to maintain a constant supply of $10 rental discount cards good towards electric bike rentals at Pedego Wildwood, our business located at the same location as Orange Moose! Next time you are in the mood for brews and barbeque, stop by MudHen and make sure you grab a $10 e-bike rental gift card on your way out.

Another fantastic event on tap at the end of the month is the SOAR Church 8th Annual Autism Awareness Walk on April 29th. “Come join the SOAR Church for the 8th Annual Autism Awareness Walk sponsored by Johnsons Popcorn, Gentilini Ford, and Lunch with Lynch Foundation. All proceeds from the walk go to support special education programming throughout Cape May County School Districts. Registration and check-in opens at 10 a.m. at the Wildwoods Convention Center and the walk begins at 11 a.m.” For more information call (609) 861-2847 or visit www.thesoarchurch.com.
